Individual Consultations
Individual consultations are focused on personal development and professional advancement through a safe and supportive space, for self-study, targeted planning, and implementation of changes. Sessions last 45 to 60 minutes, held weekly or by appointment, with adjustments to the pace that best suits the client; online or in person.
Through a special process of problem identification, challenge analysis, and the creation of concrete steps, clients develop tools for self-regulation, decision-making, and change management.
Focus: Essence, life balance, values, decisions about life projects
Methods: Non-intrusive self-study techniques, visualization, habit planning

Energetic coaching guides you to subtly recognize your energies and gain insight into the roots of blockages. Through guided sensations and your own realization, we discover together the path to solutions and inner harmony.

About Me
My name is Iris Elia, and I was born in Rijeka. My life path has been shaped by experiences, travels, and deep inner work. For over a decade, I have been dedicated to counseling and energetic life coaching, helping people recognize their own essence and create a life in harmony with themselves.
My professional and personal development has been marked by an extended stay abroad – particularly in South America, where I spent six years learning directly from native teachers whose methods combine spirituality, energy, and personal transformation. These experiences have left a strong imprint on my approach to work.
